Tactical Zen provide Instruction and Training in two main categories:

• Zen Ki Bo, a Reality Based Urban Self Defence System that teaches the skill set and mind set to survive a violent situation.
• Traditional Taekwondo, available to students of any age (children and adults).

Tactical Zen have a School located in Altona, Melbourne, Australia and are currently expanding to the east coast of the United States of America.  We provide a welcoming and safe environment for experienced and new students.
