Mixed Martial Arts (MMA):
The Tactical Combat System uses the most useful skills from a wide range of Martial Arts and Fighting Styles and is a complete system of self-defence. Deals with Armed and Unarmed attacks.
Includes Weapons.
Traditional Taekwondo School:
@ Seaholme Primary School (Millers Rd & Civic Pde, Altona, Victoria) Classes held Monday and Wednesday evenings between 6:30PM and 7:30PM All ages and levels welcome.
