Based on last night's success of the Exhaustion Drill, and as per your requests, we are going to put it in the bi-weekly Zen Ki Bo syllabus.

To be honest I am surprised that anyone actually liked it!  I know from experience that this type of drill is worth its weight in gold, but as the name would suggest it takes a lot of energy, and commitment to complete.  So I expected that it would be done, but not loved.

Thanks to your suggestions this drill has now been altered to better suit our specific needs.  I am in the process of working out the final details now.  It will be ready to go in two weeks.

Cool
