Scott Cheasley is a Head Instructor in Taekwondo at Tactical Zen, holding the rank of 4th Degree Black Belt.

He is the founder and Chief Instructor of the Martial Art and Combat System Zen Ki Bo and is also Dan-ranked in the Korean Martial Art of Hapkido and the Filipino Martial Art of Kombatan Arnis De Mano.

Scott has trained under Emerson Combat Systems and has attained the title of Master At Arms.

He has traveled Australia and the world training in Close Quarter Combat, specialising in Knife Combat and Unarmed Combat and his skills have been used both domestically and on foreign soil adding to his expertise in real world combat where Zen Ki Bo is based.

External international training during 2010 has included a Combat Systems Course in Los Angeles USA, hosted by Mr. Ernest Emerson (Emerson Combat Systems) and Sifu Richard Bustillo (founder and Chief Instructor of the International Martial Arts and Boxing Academy and protégé of the late Bruce Lee).

Scott acknowledges the importance of keeping his skills up to date and therefore regularly grades in his traditional Martial Arts.  He also keeps his skill-base of Self-Defence and Combat-Systems current by attending national and international training courses on a regular basis.  He is currently preparing for an upcoming training course to be conducted at a training facility near Langley, Virginia, USA.

He is also currently completing a Diploma of Fitness.
